Approach

Transcultural and discrimination-sensitive.

I am committed to seeing and understanding people in their diversity. I aim to create a space where different lived realities, cultural backgrounds and social experiences have their place and are respected.

A safe and non-judgemental space — also for what lives between languages.

Process

How therapy begins.

From the first call to therapy — in four calm steps.

  1. 01

    Initial consultation

No obligation. You describe your concern, we form a first impression and discuss whether psychotherapeutic support makes sense.

  2. 02

    Trial sessions

Usually five sessions for diagnostic assessment and to develop therapy goals together.

  3. 03

    Application & decision

We decide together: short-term therapy (12–24 sessions) or long-term therapy (up to 90 sessions). Application to the health insurer.

  4. 04

    Therapy

Usually weekly, 50 minutes each. With children and adolescents, complemented by regular parent meetings. Confidentiality from the first contact.
